My name is Siobhan Elliot, and I'm a Sound Therapist and Reflexologist. My mission is to help you build a foundation of health and resilience which you can rely on through life's up and downs.

When a person is put under stress, the flight or flight response is triggers. It creates physiological changes in the body to help us deal with threats to our safety. Chronic stress, and that feeling of always being 'under attack', causes overexposure to stress hormones such as cortisol. This can disrupt your body's processes, putting you at risk of sleep problems, heart disease, digestive problems, anxiety and depression, headaches and other health problems. It is now known that relaxing activities are beneficial in managing stress. Deep relaxation calms your nervous system, and lets your body and mind find their natural balance. A relaxed person heals more efficiently than a stressed person. My clients often tell me that after a one to one treatment session or a group Sound Bath with me, they feel more relaxed and happier than they have been in a long time.

I work one to one and in groups with people who want to prioritise their own health and happiness. How can I be of service to you today?
